Returns & Refunds policy

All sales are final and cannot be returned. If you wish to cancel your order and receive a full refund, you must notify us at least 36 hours before the scheduled pickup date. In such a case, we will process your refund without any deductions. However, if you cancel your order with less than 36 hours notice, a 25% penalty will be applied, and this amount will be deducted from the refund. Please make sure to provide sufficient notice if you need to cancel your order to avoid any penalties. Thank you for understanding.
